With over 30 years in team and leadership experience at a level only dreamed about by so many, Rob brings character and perspective that is unique, highly effective, and truly inspirational. After a superior collegiate career, Rob was drafted into the NBA by the Denver Nuggets and he also played for the New Jersey Nets. Following several successful years as a player, Rob trained professional athletes as a player scout before becoming an assistant coach with the New Orleans Hornets. He continued coaching professional basketball with the Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Bobcats, and the NBA G-League. Rob also served as a scout in Pro Personnel for the Detroit Pistons. Rob's proven coaching systems and unique insights are key attributes to successful team-building, as well, as the creation of personal development programs which achieve the highest levels of performance.
